How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Spring and fall weekends, graduation season and December book out earliest. Last-minute is worth asking about too; we often have inventory left.

How much space do I need for a 20x20 tent?

Plan on clear, roughly level ground a few feet wider than the tent on every side so the crew can stake and tension the frame. Send a photo of the yard with your quote request and we'll confirm it fits before we arrive.

Can you install on concrete or asphalt?

Yes. On grass or dirt we drive ground stakes. On concrete, asphalt or pavers we use concrete ballast instead, so nothing gets drilled. Tell us the surface when you book.

What happens if it rains or gets windy?

Our high-peak frame tents are rated for sustained winds up to 25 to 30 mph when properly anchored, and rain is not a problem for them. If severe weather makes setup unsafe on your date, our Windy Day Protection Plan waives cancellation fees and reschedules you for free. Pop-up canopies should come down at 15 mph or in any rain.

What's included in the price?

For high-peak tents: delivery within a 3-hour window, professional installation, anchoring or ballasting for your surface, and scheduled teardown and pickup. Delivery is free on orders over $300. Pop-up canopies come with sandbags and walls and are self-install; professional staking is available at added cost.

Do you deliver outside El Paso?

We serve El Paso and the surrounding area, including Horizon City, Socorro, San Elizario, Canutillo and Sunland Park. Call or text with the address and we'll confirm whether we can reach you and what it costs.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Clear the area where the tent goes and make sure we can get through a gate or driveway. If there's a sprinkler line, gas line or anything buried where we'd stake, tell us in advance so we can ballast instead.

Yes. We're licensed and carry general liability coverage. If your venue, park or HOA needs a Certificate of Insurance, ask with at least 5 business days' notice.
